HONORING SYLVIA FRONTZ
Sylvia is pictured here at the 20th Anniversary of Michaelle House with husband Mike and Michaelle’s daughters, Chloe and Caroline.
We lost a treasured member of the Fraternity House Family earlier this month, when Sylvia Frontz passed away after a long illness. Michaelle House was named after her daughter, Michaelle Liddell, a tireless advocate for people with HIV/AIDS. Sylvia and her husband Mike have honored their daughter’s legacy by proudly supporting our mission. They were a regular and vibrant presence at FHI events over the years. She loved to cook up a storm for our Open Houses and at Michaelle’s Walks. Sylvia was a brilliant quilt maker. Her beautiful creations were popular items in many fundraising auctions; and several of them grace the walls of both our houses, a constant reminder of our dedicated, generous friend. We send our deepest condolences to Mike, Chloe, Caroline, and the rest of her loving family. Sylvia, your memory is a blessing.
Sylvia’s family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Fraternity House, Inc., operator of Fraternity House, Michaelle House and Semi-Independent Living Apartments.
Thank you to all who have donated in Sylvia’s honor. We promise to carry forward her and Michaelle’s legacy through our mission of providing warm and caring homes for our vulnerable neighbors in need.
