A Lifeline of Support

Moving Help: Help with logistics such as paying deposits, setting up utilities, and arranging moving services.

Caregiver Support: Guidance in finding and interviewing in-home caregivers to meet individual needs.

Interim Case Management: For the first 90 days after transitioning, alumni receive regular check-ins to address immediate challenges and ensure a smooth transition.

Transitional Case Management: Continued support for up to two years, including quarterly check-ins to monitor progress, provide resources, and assist with any new needs.

The Alumni Program is designed to offer practical and emotional support for residents who have graduated from our housing programs. Key services include:

Life outside of structured housing can come with challenges, but alumni of Fraternity House, Inc. are never alone. Our program provides a safety net to ensure that former residents stay connected to the resources they need to thrive in their new environment.
